This morning in Literacy Y1/2B stepped into Professor Puffendorf’s laboratory. We used drama to imagine what we would be able to see, touch, hear,smell and taste.

We used a variety of aromas in the classroom to support our drama and experienced the smell, touch and taste of unburnable toast. I think the children will agree it was delicious.

We then used these experiences to create a word bank of interesting adjectives and phrases ready to support describing our setting.
