Investigating temperature

In Year 6 we were interested to find out how much the outdoor air temperature affected the rate in which water cools. We made predictions and then discussed how to make it a fair test by discussing conductors and insulators and surface area. We have then been measuring the temperature every 15 minutes. We are surprised by some of the readings so far. What do you think will happen?
