Y2/3B enjoyed a fantastic day of cross-curricular science learning about how flour is made in preparation for bread making next week. Children were inspired by doing a story trail around the beautiful setting, making lots of notes along the way. We also did some bird spotting at the reservoir (a heron swooped in to see us) and took rubbings of the different materials that we found.
I had a lovely day, Thank you for letting me join you. I was impressed by the children’s curiosity, the questions they asked showed that they were listening, understanding and wondering. Great day. Thanks again, Billys mum
