KS1 children loved sending postcards of kindness – could you send one too?

Before school closed, Y1/2B ad Y2/3R got together to design Easter messages for the residents in our local care home, after a moving response from the residents at Christmas time. These were delivered last week, with the intention of cheering up elderly members of our local community who may feel lonely and isolated.

If you know of someone who may be feeling alone, why don’t you send them a postcard of kindness? Just a friendly greeting and a colourful picture can make a big difference to someone as it pops through their letterbox and lets them know that someone cares.
