This week in Literacy, Y5/6AM have been unpicking our class text (Treason by Berlie Doherty) to explore the feelings of the main character, William. We have written informal letters in role to William’s Father. Today, we used our drama skills to hear Father’s reply to the letter. We then used these ideas to help plan Father’s reply letter, answering some of William’s questions and reflecting on Father’s true feelings.
