In art, we talked about tone in pictures – the light and dark parts in a picture. We then used 4B pencils and coloured pencils to practise showing tone. Finally, we discussed and studied Tudor tapestries, and began observing and sketching these in detail. Next week, we will be practising with pen and ink!
