Today we said goodbye to one of our trainee teachers, Miss Ford. Before we let her go we asked her to plant a tree in honour of her late grandmother, Hilary Ford who was an inspirational lady who worked within the Academy promoting reading to our children. All schools within the Academy now have a reading award in her name and her legacy will also live on through the tree planted in her memory.
