Wear it green

To promote Mental Health Awareness week, Y56AM looked at ways to have a healthy mind. We looked at the worries we can control and ones we can’t and they wrote down the things in their life that they could control and not and how to manage these. We then focused on our feelings and completed a task around that thinking about all the ways we can control and show our emotions.
