Happy Diwali

Today in Little Acorns we have been celebrating Diwali. We have been learning about the Hindu festival of light and had great fun exploring the different activities.

We watched Peppa pig, and learnt all about this very special celebration.
We enjoyed listening to the music and had fun dancing with the scarves .

I explored the wooden blocks and balanced them to construct a Hindu temple.
We loved exploring the sparkly jewellery.
We made marks to represent Rangoli patterns.
