SHINE – Healthy breakfasts

This week Year 5 have started their SHINE project learning all about healthy lifestyles. This week children took part in health assessments including a physical activity circuit. After this they learnt all about the importance of breakfast and what a healthy breakfast looks like. We then challenged children to share photos of their healthy breakfasts and here they are. We’ve had scrambled eggs, porridge, fruit and yoghurt as well as lots of other healthy alternatives.
