Chinese New Year

This week in Little Acorns the children have been learning about how Chinese people around the world celebrate Chinese New Year.

We had fun expressing ourselves using the scarves and moving our bodies to the Chinese music. We tried hard to join in with the words from the song .
We had fun dressing up.
The children had great fun exploring the Chinese New Year themed resources.
As well as lots of great learning activities linked to Chinese New Year the children had a taste of Chinese food.
The children had fun creating lanterns for the celebration.
