Y2R had a fabulous day today learning all about the Jewish tradition of Shabbat. The children spent the day immersing themselves in many traditions of Shabbat. We started the day making Challah bread, cleaning the classroom, playing board games then ending the day blessing the bread and enjoying eating it with a cup of juice. The bread was amazing.
