In Y1M, we have been looking at ways we can improve our mental health.
Some of the children have been walking to school with their grown ups ensuring they come into school ready to learn. We have been scaling on the register and giving each other ideas on how we can all feel a super 5! We also learnt new techniques to cope if we feel anxious in any way.
At breaktimes, the children have been collecting natural objects and creating artwork from flowers to faces. It was lovely to see the joy in their work!
In the afternoon, we have been rewarding random acts of kindness and completing our module of my happy mind!
