In Little Acorns we have had a fantastic adventure exploring the school grounds! We had lots of fun running on the school field and listening to the leaves rustling in the wind. We also enjoyed chasing the leaves as they blew around us. With our grown-ups, we explored the beautiful autumn colours and confidently named some of the different shades we could see. We learned new vocabulary as we hugged a tree and discovered its bark. We used our senses to explore its rough texture, learning that the bark felt rough to touch.
