In History, Y5 have been learning all about the Tudor period. This week, pupils learnt all about key explorers during this time through the influence of Tudor Monach, Queen Elizabeth I. Children researched key explorers, such as Sir Francis Drake, and played a version of Top Trumps to help compare and reflect on each explorer’s qualities and achievements.
