This afternoon Y1/2BA enjoyed their first visit to Greasbrough Library.
Sarah welcomed us and explained how the library works, and we shared our favourite types of books. We explored a wonderful selection of stories linked to our topic “Towers, Tunnels and Turrets” before getting creative by building LEGO castles and making our own crowns.
To finish the visit, some children chose a book to borrow and take home to enjoy with their families. Please remember to return borrowed books to the library once they have been read.
